Be Well Queen Travel Fee Policy

Effective July 1, 2026

To continue providing convenient in-home lactation care throughout the community, Be Well Queens charges a $50 travel fee for all home visits.

Travel fee applies to every scheduled home visit, including both initial consultations and follow-up visits conducted in the client’s home.
Travel fee is not billable to insurance and is the client’s responsibility.
Payment of teh travel fee is due at the time of visit unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Office visits or virtual consultations, when available, are not subject to the travel fee.
